Baker-Fulton Victorian
Built in 1900, retrofitted c. 2006 with a steel moment frame in the first story. Retrofit was probably triggered by the substantial renovation of the upper stories and the partial change of occupancy for a ground floor restaurant. Upper floors are residential.
