Duplex at 1720 Le Roy Ave.
This is a 2-unit rental building. A small earthquake in summer of 2007 created a large crack between the brick chimney and the building wall. The work done involved complete removal of the chimneys and re-building of the connections between the floors and the exterior walls of both units. This report is being filed by the tenant.
